In short: We collect only what we need to run Eazra, and we never sell your data.
Eazra ("we", "our", "us") is a social media management platform that helps business owners and their teams schedule and publish content to social media platforms including Instagram and Facebook. To facilitate publishing, Eazra integrates with Post for Me, a third-party unified social media posting API operated by Day Moon Development. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, how it flows through our service providers, and your rights in relation to that data.
By using Eazra, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. This policy is governed by and complies with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA). If you are located in Nigeria, you have specific data subject rights under this Act, which are detailed in the Your Rights section below.
What We Collect
In short: Account info, usage data, and social media account references you explicitly connect.
Account Information
When you register, we collect your name, email address, business name, and a hashed password. This is required to create and manage your account.
Usage Data
We collect data about how you use Eazra — features accessed, pages visited, session duration, and interaction logs. This helps us improve the product.
Social Media Account References
When you connect your social accounts through Eazra, the OAuth authentication is handled by Post for Me. We store a provider account ID, platform type, and username — not your raw social media access tokens. Post for Me securely manages the credentials needed to publish on your behalf.
Payment Information
Payment processing is handled entirely by Flutterwave. We do not store your card details — only transaction references and subscription status.

How We Use It
In short: To run the platform, improve it, and communicate with you.

- ✓Improve and personalise your experience based on usage patterns

We do not use your data for advertising, sell it to data brokers, or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Post for Me Integration
In short: Post for Me handles the connection to social platforms. Their privacy policy governs how they handle your credentials.
Eazra uses Post for Me (operated by Day Moon Development) as its social media publishing infrastructure. When you connect a social account through Eazra:
OAuth is handled by Post for Me
You are redirected to the social platform (e.g. Facebook/Instagram) to authorise access. The OAuth flow is managed by Post for Me's verified application.
Credentials stay with Post for Me
Post for Me securely stores and manages your social media access tokens. Eazra never sees or stores these tokens.
Eazra sends publish requests
When your approved content is scheduled to post, Eazra sends the content (caption, media URLs) to Post for Me's API, which publishes it to your connected accounts.
You can disconnect anytime
Disconnecting from your Eazra dashboard revokes the Post for Me connection and removes all stored account references.

Data Retention
In short: We keep your data as long as your account is active, or until you ask us to delete it.

Third Parties
In short: We use a small number of trusted services to operate Eazra. We never sell your data.
We work with the following third-party service providers. Each is bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements:
Post for Me (postforme.dev)
We use Post for Me's API as our social media publishing infrastructure. When you connect your Instagram or Facebook account, your Page Access Token and scheduled post content are transmitted through Post for Me's systems in order to publish content on your behalf. Post for Me acts as a data processor under our instruction and does not use this data for any purpose beyond delivering the publishing service.

Data Deletion
In short: You can delete your data directly from your dashboard, or by contacting us.
You can disconnect your social accounts and delete all stored account references at any time:
- 1Log in to your Eazra dashboard
- 2Go to Settings → Social Accounts
- 3Click Disconnect next to the account you wish to remove
- 4Confirm the action — your account reference, username, and Post for Me connection will be permanently removed from our systems
To delete your entire account and all data, visit our Data Deletion page or email privacy@geteazra.com.
Note: Disconnecting from Eazra revokes the Post for Me link. However, if you wish to revoke access directly from the social platform (e.g. Facebook/Instagram), you can also do so from that platform's app settings.

In short: We only store what's needed to identify your accounts. Credentials are managed by Post for Me.
When you connect your Instagram, Facebook, or other social accounts through Eazra, the OAuth flow is handled by Post for Me. Eazra stores a provider account ID, platform type, and display username — we do not store your raw social media access tokens. Post for Me securely manages the platform credentials required to publish content on your behalf.
You may disconnect your social accounts at any time from your Eazra dashboard, which will permanently remove the account reference from our systems and revoke the Post for Me connection.
