Eazra ("we", "our", "us") is a social media management platform that helps business owners and their teams schedule and publish content to social media platforms including Instagram and Facebook. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to that data.
By using Eazra, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
What We Collect
In short: Account info, usage data, and social media credentials you explicitly connect.
Account Information
When you register, we collect your name, email address, business name, and a hashed password. This is required to create and manage your account.
Usage Data
We collect data about how you use Eazra — features accessed, pages visited, session duration, and interaction logs. This helps us improve the product.
Social Media Credentials
When you connect Instagram or Facebook, we store your Page ID, Page name, and a Page Access Token. We only request the permissions needed to publish posts and read analytics on your behalf.
Payment Information
Payment processing is handled entirely by Flutterwave. We do not store your card details — only transaction references and subscription status.
Cookies & Device Data
We use cookies and local storage to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. See the Cookies section for details.
How We Use It
In short: To run the platform, improve it, and communicate with you.

- ✓Publish scheduled posts to your connected social accounts on your behalf
- ✓Send you account-related emails (verification, password reset, billing receipts)
- ✓Improve and personalise your experience based on usage patterns
- ✓Respond to support requests and troubleshoot issues
- ✓Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
We do not use your data for advertising, sell it to data brokers, or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Facebook & Meta Data
In short: We only store what's needed to post on your behalf, and you can disconnect at any time.
When you connect your Facebook Page to Eazra, we store your Facebook Page ID, Page name, and a Page Access Token to enable post publishing and analytics. This data is stored securely and is only accessible to you and staff members you have authorized.
We do not share this data with third parties. You may disconnect your Facebook account at any time from your Eazra dashboard, which will permanently delete your stored Facebook credentials from our systems.

- ✓ Facebook Page Access Token — to authenticate publishing API calls
- ✓ Post engagement data (likes, reach, impressions) — for your analytics dashboard
- ✗ We do NOT collect personal profile data, friend lists, private messages, or any data beyond what's needed for page management
Our use of Facebook API data complies with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
Data Retention
In short: We keep your data as long as your account is active, or until you ask us to delete it.

In short: We use a small number of trusted services to operate Eazra. We never sell your data.

Data Deletion
In short: You can delete your data directly from your dashboard, or by contacting us.
You can remove your connected Facebook account and delete all stored Facebook credentials at any time:

- 2Go to Settings → Social Accounts
- 3Click Disconnect Facebook
- 4Confirm the action — your Page ID, Page name, and Access Token will be permanently deleted
