These terms govern your use of Eazra. Please read them carefully before signing up.

Acceptance of Terms

In short: By using Eazra, you agree to these terms.

By creating an account or using any part of the Eazra platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

If you are using Eazra on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and references to "you" include that entity.

What Eazra Does

In short: We help businesses manage, schedule, and publish social media content.

Eazra is a social media management platform that enables business owners ("CEOs") to connect their social media accounts and delegate content creation and scheduling to their assigned social media managers ("Staff"). Key features include:

  • Scheduling and publishing posts to Instagram and Facebook Pages
  • Content approval workflows between business owners and their staff
  • Media uploads and asset management
  • Post analytics and performance insights
  • Team management and role-based access

Accounts & Access

In short: Keep your credentials secure — you're responsible for your account.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately at support@geteazra.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. Eazra will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account.

You may not share your account credentials with others, or allow multiple individuals to access the Service under a single account.

Your Responsibilities

In short: You must own or have permission to manage the social media pages you connect.

When connecting social media accounts to Eazra, you confirm that:

  • You own or have explicit authorisation to manage the Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts you connect
  • You will only use Eazra to manage accounts for which you have the legal right to post content
  • You are solely responsible for all content you create, schedule, or publish through Eazra
  • You will comply with Meta's Terms of Service and Community Standards for all content posted through Eazra
  • You will not use Eazra to post content on behalf of someone without their consent

Social Media Posting

In short: Eazra acts as your agent — you remain responsible for the content published.

When you connect your Instagram or Facebook account, you authorise Eazra to publish content to those accounts on your behalf. Eazra acts as your agent and only publishes content that you or your authorised staff have created and approved.

You acknowledge that:

  • You are the publisher of record for all content posted through Eazra
  • Eazra is not responsible for content that violates platform policies
  • Third-party platforms (Meta) may remove or restrict content at their discretion
  • You can revoke Eazra's access to your social accounts at any time from your dashboard or directly via Facebook/Instagram settings

Acceptable Use

In short: Use Eazra lawfully and respectfully.

You agree not to use Eazra to:

Post spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or misleading content

Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Infringe the intellectual property rights of others

Post content that is hateful, harassing, or discriminatory

Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code

Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Eazra platform

Impersonate any person or entity

Use automated bots or scripts to access the Service outside of approved integrations

Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

Payments & Billing

In short: Subscriptions auto-renew; cancellations stop future billing but are non-refundable.

Eazra offers subscription-based plans. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected plan.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date
  • Payments are processed by Flutterwave; we do not store card details
  • Prices are shown in your local currency and are inclusive of applicable taxes
  • Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis — contact billing@geteazra.com
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

Termination

In short: You can cancel anytime; we can terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Cancellation ends your subscription at the close of the current billing period.

Eazra reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or create legal risk for Eazra or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently and immediately deleted from our systems.

Limitation of Liability

In short: Eazra's liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Eazra and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

In no event shall Eazra's total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you to Eazra in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Eazra is not responsible for the availability or policies of third-party platforms (including Meta/Facebook) and cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to their APIs.

Changes to Terms

In short: We'll notify you by email before making significant changes.

Eazra reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when these Terms were last revised. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
